Restoring Hope...
where change is
essential!
Our mission is to apply the compassion of Christ to people in need through educational programs and benevolent services.
Our Name
RCB Center for Change, Inc. is named after three historic black Nazarene Churchmen. These men and their wives gave their lives to ministering the compassion of Christ through education, encouraging and challenging people from all walks of life.

BUILDING CAMPAIGN
Moving to the Need
RCB is making the move to Antioch, Tennessee; and we need your help. To make our move, we are launching a giving campaign. Our hope is to raise $1,000,000 to build a facility to offer these services.
Our new center will include:
Staff offices
A Lecture Hall
Break-Out Rooms
Commercial Kitchen
Clothing Closet
Food Pantry
Computer Lab
Afterschool Care Facility
With your support, RCB Center will serve the 59.8% of Black or African American males without plans after High School by providing college prep, employment skills, or preparation for clergy in the Church.
Our Work
Since 2012, RCB has been serving the needs of its community in various ways. It has served its neighbors through a food pantry, clothing resources, GED prep, job readiness, and emergency assistance.
Our work is driven by the words of Jesus from Matthew 9:36: When he saw the crowds, He had compassion on them because they were harrassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd (NIV).
